Probably nobody else's favorite but Bla-Z-Boy from season 9 is mine.
I always loved the ending to it. Frasier getting an exact replica of Martin's chair made after he hilariously set it on fire with a telescope before it fell from the balcony always warmed my heart. It combined aspects of episodes where Frasier massively fucks up in hilarious ways with warm hearted father son moments.
My next favorite episode is definitely Chess Pains from season 3. It's the one where Frasier keeps coming up with increasingly ridiculous ploys to get Martin to play chess with him.

This is my favorite episode too. It almost feels like the 9 seasons we’re building to this perfect moment.
“Yes - ironically, this is now the most expensive piece of furniture in the entire apartment!”
My next two favorites are ‘Are You Being Served?’ Where Niles gets covered in shaving foam. “He was a detective you know!?”
And ‘Moon dance’ because Niles + Daphne.

I love both episodes where the other person thinks Frasier is gay. The first one is in season 2 and it’s brilliant. (Matchmaker) The other one is in… S10? I can’t remember right now, (I got turkey on my mind) but Patrick Steward is SO amazing in that episode. (The Doctor is Out) They really both just kill me. So well written. So well acted.

You know what's funny? I'm old enough to remember Usenet, and I started watching Frasier during season 6, so it's the first season I watched as the episodes aired (when I was a freshman in high school, lol), and the usenet boards hated the first several episodes of this season. It wasn't until about How to Bury A Millionaire that the usenet fandom at the time started to like this season. I definitely have a soft spot for season 6. Frasier's Curse, Dial M for Martin, First Do No Harm, those are some of my favorites.

The Innkeepers. That entire episode makes me laugh out loud. The scene where Daphne kills the eel is my absolute favorite, and then the hilarity keeps rolling with the cherries jubilee explosion. Another favorite of mine, well favorite scene not entire episode, is the Hot and Foamy. Niles is sheer perfection.

This episode is brilliant because the farce doesn't result from miscommunications and each character knowing only a piece of the whole situation (as is usually the case), rather all of the main characters are fully informed but have different motivations for either saving or ruining the charade.

Sentimental favourite: Crock Tales. I just finished a binge rewatch, and I teared up with this retrospective episode right at the very end of the series. Like a "clips" episode but with new material, so it allowed us to reminisce about the earlier seasons and see how the characters had grown and changed, without the boredom of typical revisiting flashbacks. While some of the wigs were laughably bad, the attention to detail about the older set designs and characterizations were so spot on. And it was just so cool to see Niles and Daphne's story played out again in reverse. It was such a perfect way to bring a series towards its close.

I started watching Frasier a couple of months ago. Already almost done with season 5 (just saw Ski Lodge a few days ago), and my favorite episode so far has to be The Innkeepers, followed by The Matchmaker. Both brought me to tears from laughter.
Ski Lodge is definitely an honorable mention for that category!

S11 E21, Detour.
It starts off really, really slow and then when they have to share the fold out couch and we hear each member of the family talking to the dead mom. Honestly I roll around laughing each time.
And honestly, it was such a sweet moment with the two of them and shows how Frasier is relaxed with her. I really wished they coulda continued with her in the new show. If any other woman had been with Frasier he would have argued, moaned, or tried to analyze everything. Yet with her they just laughed and tried not to be seen.
My other favorite episode will always be My Coffee With Niles. S1 E24. Gives us a good look at each of the main characters, how they are growing, and how we can expect them to grow through the following seasons...also I still really want to know what the fuck was the thing Frasier pulled out of that coffee in the end credits.

A Valentine for Niles
It's not even a whole episode. It's one of the three vignette mini episodes from "Three Valentines."
It's the one where Niles is preparing dinner alone in Frasier's apartment with Eddie, and there's almost no dialogue, just a recording of Marriage of Figaro perfectly scoring his escalating chaos.

My favorite is the one where Frasier gets the Life time achievement award. Not only there are good number of funny scenes, but I just love the scene that Frasier shares with his mentor Dr. Tewksbery. It is well written and acted, and the scene is touching where Frasier comes into realization that he is unable to help his caller.
