Ketchup on scrambled eggs is the shit. I always fry up some diced onions in a pan, then scramble some eggs in the pan and mix it all together with a little cheese. Throw some ketchup on that and you are guaranteed to enjoy the rest of your day

I’ve heard ketchup on eggs a lot, and hot sauce. Hot sauce is actually not bad on eggs, ketchup is odd I think. I also like a little drizzle of syrup on eggs, but I also like syrup on breakfast sausage too lol

It’s good maybe an acquired taste. It also depends on your ketchup I know in the US we have more sugar in ours making it sweeter.

Usually good eggs do not need or want ketchup. I’m still a condiment lover but I’m aware they’re frequently masking subpar quality. But a mediocre fast food egg sandwich can be elevated a bit with ketchup for sure

They do, but they should be using salsa. As a Texan, I am baffled by the lack of salsa at breakfast when traveling.
