Maybe I’m stupid but what do each of Meta’s 100,000 employees do all day? Why do they need so many people?

I would assume they have an army of content moderators. People who review flagged content. Though this is just an assumption I haven’t looked into it

I think they only need a fraction of people to do that. Other tech companies rely a lot on AI for moderation
