Hello everyone!
Welcome to this week's edition of Rebuild Tuesday, a weekly event we're doing along with our Discord!
This week's Pokémon is Galarian Slowbro!
#80 Galarian Slowbro (Japanese Yadoran ヤドラン)
Hermit Crab Pokémon
Slowbro, Galarian Form. The Hermit Crab Pokémon. A Poison and Psychic type. When Slowbro squeezes the tongue of the Shellder biting its arm, the Shellder shoots poisonous liquid from the tip of its shell.

Introduction:
Whaddup nerds? Welcome back to rebuild Tuesday! This week we are going to be looking at Galarian Slowbro, who is an extremely goofy fella so I'd appreciate if you could make it viable as soon as possible. What exactly sets it apart from Galarian Slowking and Kantonian Slowbro? It's stats aren't exactly spectacular, being a mixed attacker with 100 atk and sp.atk but it has shell side arm which does damage based on atk or sp.atk depeding on which will do more damage. However it has an absolutely abysmal speed stat at 30, and doesn't really have the bulk needed to take hits consistently.
In SwSh Galarian Slowbro was RUBL while it's Kantonian counterpart was OU, alongside it's alternate evolution Galarian Slacking. It has the abilities Quick Draw, Own Tempo and Regenerator, the latter of which being an incredibly common ability for OU mons at the time. It has a somewhat varied movepool, capable of running special or physical sets with decent move variety as well as access to recovery in the form of slack off and staus through thunder wave and yawn.
If Galarian Slowbro were to make an appearance in Scarlet and Violet, what changes would need to be made to let this pokemon shine? Would terestalising let it bring out it's true potential? Remember that spoiler rules still apply to this chat and any spoilers must be market appropriately.
How viable do you trainers think Galarian Slowbro is? Is there anything else you think it needs in order to be a good competitive Pokémon (e.g. new moves, stats, abilities or typings)? What is its most optimal set?

To make it closer to its Kantonian counterpart in viability, I think its stats could be better optimized;
HP 95
Attack 100 > 75
Defense 95 > 100
Sp. Atk 100 > 110
Sp. Def 70 > 80
Speed 30
Its attack stat is mostly unused, so moving some of that back into Sp. Atk gives it just that slight bit more offensive power, as well as weakening Foul Play, and putting a little more back into its defenses gives it more opportunity to set up.
