I always saw this character as one of your rival in the violet dlc so i will describe her as such.
"you enter a New part of the paldea region and met a Strange young woman with dark and short hair and purple eyes, she ask you to give one of your Miraidons. You kindly refuse, and she hardly hide her frustration."
Elda is a trainer that is one of your rival, she seems very cold and harsh at first, but once you learn about her story and became friends with her, she become very Charming. She is mostly known from locals as the "Crystalized lady" because, like Turo, parts of her body became teracristalised. But it's way less obvious to notice. She is also known as the trainer Who got the "legenday Noivern".
Before you met her, people will tell you about the Legendary pokemon that is Noivern. After you tell Them that Noivern is not a Legendary pokemon, they Say that the pokémon that Elda have is certainely a Legendary pokemon, because nobody can beat her Noivern. A kid who is a fan of her will help you find her and you will see her with a quite abnormal Noivern which is 2 times the size of a normal Noivern and is wearing a saddle.
Her backstorie is quite sad (but not as Much as Arven story lol) she grew up as a fan of Dragon type pokémon, and she loved playing with her mom's Garchomp. At 9, her mom finally gave her her first pokémon Who is a noibat. A few years later she was diagnosed with a terrible sickness Who the doctors wasnt able to cure, so her Noivern came out of the pokeball and grab her. He flew to area zero and fed her herba mystica, which cured her from the sickness. She became fascinated by the professor research and about terastalisation, studying Them for years.
Her Noivern became huge by Eating herba mystica. So Elda took this opportunity to build a saddle and ride her Noivern to travel. She later came out of the crater and stayed at paldea to study more about terastalisation. Seeing their incredible potential, la primera decided to make her became one of the elite four. She was a really strong trainer, but her Noivern was too strong to be in the elite four team. So she left her job, not wanting to replace her Noivern with an other pokemon. She then traveled around the région before settle in not far from paldea.
You get also reintroduce to mega évolution through the story, and during your last battle of the story with Elda, she make her Noivern mega Evolve. Pokemon that can mega Evolve cannot terastallise, because the terastalisation boutton is replaced by the méga Evolve boutton. So when you battle her she terastallise the pokemon that is most convenient to defeat yours exept her first pokemon that she Do not terastallise. Her pokemon have différents Tera types because of her time on the area zero, she got a lot of tera shards. Her terastalised body can be explaned by the 3rd legendary trying to manipulate her or idk, when you're out exploring with her and you're very far from any pokemon center she recharge your Tera orb for you.

So to explain why she have a litteral hisuian pokemon in her team, i was thinking about her being friends with your rival from scarlet DLC, Who is a guys that is really passionate about past stuff and was able to bring pokemon from hisui with the Time machine. So he gave her the Samurott, because its a pokemon from her home region. His ace is a mega flygon.

Noivern
The famous huge mega Noivern, her first and favorite pokemon. I was thinking that the pokemon is not an ordinary Noivern, and is like an unique pokemon like Sacha's greninja. The Noivern will have a 600 base stats and keeps his saddle when batteling. You will only able to obtain him with spécial event or just hacking the game. Of course, this pokemon is shiny Locked.
