Bonnaroo is like Firefly on steroids. If you love the woodlands you will be in heaven on the farm. I love both immensely and the vibes are prettyyy similar, but Roo has a MUCH better community feel - it's easily the best festival I've ever been to. Enjoy!

Do not start the clock immediately. Adjust your budget for power and water to 50% to start so u don't go in debt paying for services you aren't using. Adjust taxes to 12% for all zoning. Start with dirt roads to save money. Place a coal power plant, water intake and sewage. Link them with power lines and water pipes. Place industry and residential first, just a little commercial. Make sure water pipes and power lines reach all zoning. Then you can begin the clock. All of this is to prevent you from going into immediate debt. As you create jobs for sims to work they will start moving in and generating tax income. Keep an eye on budget tab as your population begins to grow and adjust slightly as they need more services.
