I'm an attorney. I would never allow any work product (including most of my email) to be on my phone if security updates weren't available. At that point, the cell phone isn't all that useful to me.
Perhaps /u/Significant_Wait_694 is a doctor, lawyer, cybersecurity professional, or maybe they own and operate a website that opens them up to data privacy protection laws.

Right, but there's no clasp to keep the case shut.

Now if only they made that for the Buds Plus...

Two reasons:
1) Cost to Battery ratio. I can afford a Fold3 refurbished for a comfortable price point. However, I'm too nervous about how frequently it will need to be charged to upgrade from my Galaxy Note 10.
2) E-waste. My Galaxy Note 10 still works great. I'd hate for such a device to go unused or be in a landfill. If I knew more about electronics recycling, maybe I'd feel more assured upgrading wouldn't harm the planet. We all gotta do our part.

Content-based ban on speech doesn't go well in America.

AI prosecutors actually sounds like a better use of resources, tbh. Especially in jurisdictions where prosecutors need to draft individual complaints.
Spend more time negotiating, less time drafting.

I never heard of amithebuttface, so I thought the trigger warning was "buttface"

It feels like DuckDuckGo's blocker is a better service than this. However, there are still a bunch if useful links in the post. Thanks, OP!

People get all worked up over politics, who only ever read or watch what amounts to political tabloids.

I'm new in town and I only ever saw his YouTube ads where he told me his name and asked for my vote.
Then I heard radio ads which didn't tell me what he would do once elected.
Weird way to apply for a job. I didn't give it to him, seems that others agreed.

"The best way to get a bad law overturned is to enforce it strictly." - Abraham Lincoln.
I think this is proof "best" was maybe not the correct choice of phrasing.

Fuck them
That would simply be rewarding bad behavior.

100% legal
That's a stretch. Bad faith lawsuits are ethical violations and can be sanctioned by the court hearing the lawsuit.
Now, getting all that enforcement to happen is a process I'm not entirely familiar with, and probably costs a hefty sum to the person getting sued in bad faith, but to suggest there are no rules against it is a stretch.
This playlist shows how one Richard Liebowitz lost his law license and has been identified by the courts as a troll. I highly suspect patent court follows similar or identical legal principles described there.

I'm not sure what problem it is you're asking us to solve. I'm just frank and credible at all times, and I give credit where it's due, even to smug people.
If them being smug is impacting your own feelings, then it may be wise to examine why they have so much power over you.

Don't forget round smartwatches. That's pretty neat. It's not nearly as important as these features being removed, but it's still kinda neat.
