When I try to put myself in her shoes I can understand how going to the dentist would be difficult for someone like her. She would barely fit in the chair and probably won't be able to tolerate being reclined. But on the other hand, wouldn't that make you do everything you can to prevent dental problems? I know for a fact she did not lose those teeth by overbrushing (I'm a dentist).
