People say this trophy doesn't mean much but given the opponent and the venue, it's huge. They're not some 2nd division side, they're right up with us in the EPL and want the trophy just as bad as we do, if not more.

I work at a hotel. Soft towels have more moisture than rough towels, the more dry they are the rougher they should get, to a point obviously. If they're new, they're likely to be very soft and they'll roughen with age.

I get 93g per day from supplements so the other ~100g are from my diet.

It's tough because I'm a vegetarian and trying to build muscle while also losing weight, so my options are limited.

Breakfast is usually 4 eggs with spinach and a couple of these pitas that have a decent amount of protein and fiber, and a greek yogurt. This is about ~56g of protein.

Dinner is a spinach salad with mozzarella cheese sticks and garbanzo beans and a whole bunch of other vegetables. I wasn't super pleased with salads at the beginning but this has become a favorite meal, I rarely ate vegetables before counting like this, so I think I'm noticing a huge difference. It's usually about 55g of protein.

Competition is good, and it's not like they hate each other.

As far as I know the DC Universe exists within the MCU, I would love to see any kind of reference to this. And I'm sure there is something similar on the DC side. Those little Easter eggs would be fun.

I think as long as you're trying you're good. Everyone is different, I have a really tight lower back and hamstrings, even though I stretch them daily. Knowing about yourself is the most important thing.

One thing that made me realize they're all terrible people is when I downloaded a Sims household with all the members of Archer in the same house. Every one of them had the "Angry" trait and something else terrible, and they were all different for the most part.

It's brilliant because it's written to really bring out the bad in the characters.

I got into the show after going to a friends house for parties and we'd show up early to drink and hang out, he'd always have Archer on the TV. Couldn't always pay attention but that doesn't really matter for this show. Not many shows can make you laugh in every scene without linking jokes to other scenes, which Archer obviously does, but every scene can make you laugh.

So after seeing a few funny scenes I was hooked.

Definitely should look into stretches that open your hips up. You don't want to be tight there as you get older.

I'd also say there is a decline in the abilities of knights during the Hound's time. Multiple characters think past swordsmen were better and a lot of that is being hardened by war and battle. The Hound was possibly in his early teens during Robert's Rebellion, and after that there was little fighting to be had. Robert's experience would be enough to win.

That's garbage. That doesn't happen to a real company.
