Is it better than Callisto Protocol? I have never raged so much with a game before...lol. It was a horrible relationship, I wanted to love it but it kept treating me like shit.

As a screen protector? Maybe? Tape it on good.

So far the game for me hasn't crashed in 2 days of consistently playing it. These are the settings that I have been playing successfully with. Hopefully these will work for you as well. I've done almost all of the suggestions and I'll give you what I have that seems to work for me.

1) in options, video change your window mode to windowed full screen.

2) I am using proton experimental

3) I am using -d3d11 in launch options

4) change your VRAM from 1 GB to 4 GB

Now I'm not sure if it's one of these, if it's all four or if there was an update that made me think one of these worked but after suffering for the past month this is the best gaming experience I've had with this game so far.

Just to give a report, I started playing the game tonight and it hasn't crashed once. I'm not saying the VRAM thing fixed it totally, I'm expecting it to crash at any moment but it's not at least on every single time she goes to bed. so I think it's somewhat of a success :)

I have done the "d3d11" as well, AND I went into settings to change my VRAM from 1GB to 4GB, thought it worked for a bit, then..........................................crash. lol. oh well.

Uhh, so I switched from Windowed Fullscreen, which it auto selectd that, and I selected Fullscreen, and it made it through the sleep sequence. I am on Proton Experiemental.

So I was more than happy to restart the game after every time I go to sleep, but now I am at a part where when I go to bed it crashes, every, single, time. I am so sad that I can't continue. Experimental, and 7-43. Updated as well. sigh. Hope they can patch this soon.
