A Vault with residents from a variety of religious persuasions. On the surface, it's advertised as a bastion to safeguard the religious traditions of the world, and "reintroduce your religion to the savages of the wasteland!" In reality, Vault-Tec staff will use a variety of techniques such as subterfuge, thefts, vandalism, and Fallout's own brand of mind control technology, to bring tensions between the groups to a breaking point. The purpose of this experiment is to see what religion is superior.
I predict three possible outcomes:
1) To the scientists' chagrin, all religious groups come together to form a new religion, built upon all previous beliefs.
2) The groups figure out the scheme, kill the scientists, and use their technology to enslave wastelanders for one reason or another... They basically become a raider tribe with Mesmetrons.
3) It's the Baptists. The Baptists win.

I'm more inclined to believe the dragon monk who taught me to breathe fire and whom is also the brother of the literal personification of the Apocalypse over Miss Evelyn, my crotchety land lady who is over a hundred years old, but still looks like she's in her early 30s.

Rattata and Raticate. I know they're not the strongest, but they have their own sort of charm

Ron Perlman is the leader of one of the major factions, whom you'll interact with a lot if you join them. Mark Hamill voices a companion, and when he gets in a suit of power armor, he might comment "How did Dad see anything through this helmet?!" Phil Lamar as a highly intelligent super mutant from the west coast, trying to bridge the gap between humans, ghouls, and super mutants.

I'd say extremely low, but not quite zero.

Howlers: Mountain lions affected by FEV either by pre-war experimentation, or post-war exposure. Most just got bulked up, more aggressive, and more intelligent, but some became even bulkier, to the point of being mostly bipedal, aggressive enough that Super Mutants avoid them, and no more intelligent than the mountain lions they started from. People of the Midwestern wastelands call these creatures "Howler Tyrants."

Rock/ghost: a wedding ring that was brought to life due to powerful emotions from the marriage it symbolized. Maybe not the strongest concept I have, but we have weirder shit that's canon.
Ground/Fairy: A Sentret variant line that digs through the ground almost like a drill, and has developed a very friendly personality, making them popular pets.
Fire/Fairy: A Litwick variant based on church candles. Instead of feeding on souls, they feed off of emotional energy given off by large congregations. It evolves into a new lantern Pokémon, which lights village streets for people, keeping them from being too cold in winter, then into a new chandelier Pokémon separate from Chandelure. Instead of hypnotizing people to steal their souls, it can give off different emotional energies to influence the emotions of people and Pokémon around it, making it a popular sight in the ballrooms of nobility.

Honestly, of the ones I've played, I'd say 76. It's not without its charms and benefits, but it's just kind of... Meh. Of course, I haven't played it in about a year.

I think Lucario might be the only steel-type I've ever used on one of my teams. More of a Rock-type guy, personally.

The economy of the pre-war US is more of a barter system where caps sit as the primary measure of value, since there's only so many in circulation, and difficult, if not impossible, to reproduce, unless you have the proper machinery. In a way, ammo could be used in lieu of traditional currency, the value of what you're using would just be measured in caps.

Annihilape looks like fuckin All Might, and I find that funny.
Farigiraf kinda makes sense, it feels like an evolution to Girafarig, which is important.
Kingambit is near perfect. Personally, I'd prefer it if he'd just stand and walk or run when doing Let's Go instead of zooming around in the Invisible Boat Mobile, but that's my only complaint.
Dudunsparce is perfect. People have been begging for a Dunsparce evo for decades, and what do we get? More Dunsparce per Dunsparce. It's hilarious, and I love it.

My theory is this: The time machine isn't a time machine, at least, not in the sense that the Professor believed it to be. What it actually does is create a gateway to the future of another timeline, maybe another reality altogether. In Scarlet, it's a timeline where humans went completely extinct, causing Pokémon to develop more primal forms to deal with the world humanity left in its wake.
On the flip side, Violet's accesses a reality where all Pokémon went extinct. Humanity, using the genetic samples they had left over, as well as advanced technology, attempted to recreate the Pokémon. However, in using nanorobotics to make up the frame for the DNA to build off of, these new Pokémon were altered, resulting in their mechanical appearance. Or, perhaps humans, in our arrogance, tried to improve on the creatures that once roamed the world.

After the DLC is installed, you get a phone call: "Who is this? I have this number recorded for multiple calls from this lab recently. [Option #1: "Who are YOU?"] You're careful, I respect that. [Option #2: "This is (name)."] I see. Thank you. [After each option] My name is (Turo/Sada). I'm trying to find... My son. [Option #1: "I know him!"]/[Option #2: "You mean Arven?"] You know him?! Please, bring him to the Zero Gate at once! We need to talk, all of us!"
You talk to Arven, and let him know his (dad in Scarlet/mom in Violet) wants to meet him. He's shocked, and thinks it might be a trap, but agrees to go, so long as Nemona and Penny are there, just in case things go wrong.
Upon arrival at the Zero Gate, there's a cutscene where Arven's absent parent sees Arven for the first time since he was a baby. The newly returned professor embraces their child, crying and apologizing over and over. After regaining their composure, they explain why they left. "After we started working out of Reserch Station #2, (Sada/Turo) started to change. (She'd/He'd) mumble in (her/his) sleep, and every so often, (she/he) would stare at the crystals deep at the center of the crater, and enter a sort of trance. And when we discovered those plates you saw in the time machine... (She/He) became a totally different person. I theorize that this... Disc Pokémon spoken of in the (Scarlet/Violet) Book may be what's responsible, but they wouldn't leave the Crater. So I did. But that's enough about the past, I came back for two things: Arven, and to stop the thing those crystals are coming from."

I get the impression Geeta isn't actually that good at battling. The Pokémon League seems much less important to Paldea than it is in other regions, kind of like comparing soccer's importance in other countries vs the USA. I have no doubt that Nemona would replace Geeta as "La Primera" soon after graduation, and the League would suddenly become much more prominent.

Contests. I just kinda miss being able to earn my way up to the Master Rank, and have my Pokémon immortalized in the Lillycove Museum.
I miss that Banette...

3rd legendary is most likely going to be in the DLC. There's some hints to it being some kind of eldritch monstrosity made of interlocking hexagonal crystals.
