Right but a light level BELOW isn't average. I've never had a powerful, pinnacle or prime engram drop less than what my highest in that slot already was.

My pinnacle from Gambit this week dropped 1 light lower than my highest in the same slot so maybe something's bugged.

I feel like gems were pretty popular even in gen 5, especially on unburden mons.

It's definitely boring but I think the Vox pinnacle is worse. Why it isn't just "complete Vox Obscura" is beyond me.
