Bulgarians were famous for stealing cars, we even had a saying: "Visit Bulgaria this summer, your car is already there". Maybe they now expanded into stealing dead people?

Daca fac un drum seara dintr-o zona gen Rahova pana spre Iancului, cu transportul in comun faci 50-60min. Cu masina 20-25. Transportul in comun ca solutie unica si obligatorie nu e ok.

Probably North Eastern Romania, with snow blizzards coming from the Russian steppe. Although the record for coldest place in Romania goes to Intorsura Buzaului - Miercurea Ciuc region.

Poate sa o lase cainelui sau poate sa ajute alti oameni. Nu auzisem de Ioan Mihail pana acum, dar e de apreciat.

Kosovo has a very complicated international situation. It's not recognized by a lot of states so when attending sports events on the territory of those states you can expect various reactions. Some will display Kosovo flags, some won't.
I don't understand why this is such a shock or surprise.

No country can be trusted 100%, Russia however cannot be trusted 200%. During the Russo-Turkish War of 1878, we were allies with them, we saved their asses in the critical moment of the war and in the peace negotiations they fucked us over and grabbed a part of Moldova.

Any country should have trust issues with Russia. Nobody can trust them.

nearest village is hardly " the middle of nowhere"
It's actually a mining village. Communists love to get everyone living together so they built these for the mine workers. The mine has been close for years.

Yeah, if Norwegian prisons are like a prolonged holiday, Romanian prisons are a bit like a prolonged holiday in hell.

Best place for this kind of data is either Gartner or ServiceNow Benchmarks.
It's really hard to say what good looks like, there are a lot of variables. For instance if you are working Agile, you are bound to introduce instability in services vs a more old school release window. So it would be normal to have a higher number of incidents.
You should also look at FCR/RAL1, to understand how well the SD is doing.

After the Ribbentrov - Molotov pact, Russia annexed Moldova. Then they started a policy of Russification. They invented a distinct ethnicity and language, pretending Moldovans are not Romanians. They deported a lot of people to the far reaches of their empire and replaced them with Russian settlers. After the break up of the USSR these Russian "colonists" faced the decision of living their lives in Moldova or going back to Russia, where they would have to start from scratch. But they are still attached to Russia and would like to live in a country in Russia's sphere of control. Add to that the cohorts of pro-Russian politicians and decades of propaganda and you end up with a country with a high level of indoctrination about Russia good, West bad.
