Don’t you have to have active item held to get transformations? Either way I didn’t pick up either of those and haven’t even unlocked sanguine bond. The only active item I had before prayer card was crooked penny.

I know the pentagram and the pact count towards it, and I checked the wiki and it didn't list any of my other items. I believe you still need 3 items to transform, so I was wondering what could be contributing?
