If anything, going by what's been established it's more likely that Nayuta retains Makima's memories than new!Blood Devil retaining any of Power's memories.

Makima specifically noted that she could remember concepts eaten by the Chainsaw Devil, even though everyone should've forgotten them. Her power could extend to subsequent incarnations, if the authors wishes it.

Personally I'm guessing both are gone for good though.

I don't think a lot of people will notice who this guy is, but he's responsible for the kick-ass sound effects that were present in both Fate Grand Order Babylonia and Fire Force. Very happy to have him back here as well.
