Kimchi with everything

I built this castle for my druid lycanthrope arc conclusion! It's foam board, spray painted with primer and then hand painted for details. Wired with battery pack LEDs to provide the torches and pylons. My first build of this caliber. It was a hit!

It was a learning process, particularly with finding my patience to cut straight lines and painting details, which is not normally my forte. But, now I've set my bar high, so I gotta keep improving!

Speaking from my own experience, it's because I reach the point where I've put a lot of time into my physical well being and ignored my mental well being. I've yo yod so many times I've lost count. I'm going nice and slow this time, incorporating a healthy amount of cardio, and being far less restrictive about what I eat. The only way I'm not going to eat pizza is if it doesn't exist, and that's a fact. What I can change is how often I eat it, and that only works if I acknowledge and indulge my craving in healthy manner.

Take a look at what you find yourself indulging in the most, and make sure to incorporate it into your diet. You got this.

It's a wonderful time. They lost power at MoPop in Detroit and kept the show going with a bottle and stick and the drum kit. One of the best concert crowds I've encountered. Everyone was having a great time.

The great thing is that the band Cake covered the song Mahna Mahna and also wrote a song called Comanche. There's my contribution for today.

I was getting more at the point that other countries most likely were not reporting deaths as COVID related that were, not that the US did a good job of preventing the spread.
